Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State seeks a staff pharmacist to support the pharmacy director and deliver comprehensive pharmacy services across Sea Mar clinics. You will dispense prescriptions, maintain patient medication profiles, and provide clinical consultations to providers and staff.

The role requires a Pharmacist license in Washington, flu and TB screening, and at least one year of retail or clinical pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

Must be licensed as a pharmacist in Washington state.
Fluent in English and willing to learn Spanish.
Minimum 1 year experience in retail and/or clinical pharmacy.
Must complete pre-hire TB screening and annual flu vaccine requirements.
Current Washington State Pharmacists License.

Responsibilities

Dispense prescriptions and maintain patient medication profiles.
Provide clinical consultations to providers and staff; educate patients.
Order and manage pharmacy inventory and daily reports; handle third-party billing.
Pre-packaging for nursing homes and Sea Mar sites without on-site pharmacies.
Ensure safe drug interactions and allergy screening.
