UT Health East Texas in Tyler, TX is seeking an evening shift, full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our hospital-based team. You will provide safe, cost-effective pharmaceutical care, dispense medications, manage IV admixture, and support drug information requests while working under the Director of Pharmacy.

The role requires a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy, active Texas pharmacist license, BLS within 14 days, ACLS for Code Blue, and completion of sterile compounding requirements or ability to

Qualifications

• B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS certification required for attending Code Blue.
• Completion of the TSBP educational requirements in the field of compounding sterilepreparations OR must be capable of completing requirements within 90 days of hire date.
