Qualifications

• Must have BS or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current pharmacist license in the applicable state (Missouri).
• Two or more years of clinical pharmacy experience.
• PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review patient records to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize therapy.
• Provide drug information and education to staff and patients.
• Participate in Medication Therapy Services and dosing considerations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement initiatives.
