Qualifications

• Active pharmacist licensure in good standing.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process medication orders for infusion patients.
• Monitor drug therapies, lab values, and patient outcomes to ensure safe treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals on medication management.
• Conduct clinical assessments and identify potential drug-related concerns.
• Provide medication consultation and education to providers, patients, and caregivers.
• Oversee pharmacy technician activities and workflow as permitted by state regulations.
• Verify medications, supplies, and equipment before dispensing.
• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Document clinical interventions and patient care activities.
• Participate in sterile compounding operations and supervise clean room practices.
