Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a BlinkRx Pharmacist to verify prescriptions, counsel patients by phone, and collaborate with prescribers to keep medications moving safely. You will supervise technicians, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced, closed-door facility.

Applicants should hold a PharmD with an active license and be adept at handling high-volume workflows. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus for patient counseling.

Qualifications

• Eye for accuracy in prescription verification and documentation.
• Ability to learn and use pharmacy management systems and verification platforms.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred for patient counseling when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prescription verification and dispensing in a closed-door fulfillment environment.
• Outbound patient counseling and inbound clinical inquiries via phone.
• Collaboration with prescribers to clarify or optimize prescriptions.
• Supervision of pharmacy technicians and quality checks on workflow.
• Ensure HIPAA, state/federal regulations, and policy compliance.
