Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide patient-focused care and lead clinical pharmacy services throughout the hospital. The role includes education for Pharmacy Residents and Doctor of Pharmacy Students and ensures optimal medication therapy for patients.

The incumbent will perform all duties of a registered Pharmacist, collaborating with clinical teams to monitor therapy, improve outcomes, and support residency education in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree required.
• Completion of a pharmacy practice residency or 2 years of clinical experience.
• PHARMD - Licensed Pharmacist in Georgia Upon Hire Required.
