Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. You will fill prescriptions accurately, educate patients, and mentor technicians as part of a patient‑centered care approach.

The role emphasizes clinical services, immunizations, and adherence to state and federal laws, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the pharmacist in charge. A Doctor of Pharmacy degree and active state license are required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• Knowledge of Meijer Policies and Federal/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
• Oversee pharmacy operations in absence of the pharmacist in charge.
• Perform and oversee clinical services including immunizations.
