Meijer Pharmacy is seeking a pharmacist to fill prescriptions accurately and maintain strong patient relationships. You will lead technicians, expand services, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high‑touch patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana) Retail/Community Practice.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy system, policies and procedures, and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and expand pharmacy services.
• Educate and mentor technicians to be effective team members.
• Promote patient engagement and high‑touch care.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer Policies and state/federal laws.
• Communicate effectively and drive change.
• Organize workload and prioritize tasks.
• Listen to patients and address needs.
