Job summary

Endeavor Health currently seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for Elmhurst Hospital in Elmhurst, IL. This part-time role (40 hours per 2 weeks) features rotating swings and a PM shift with weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications include a Pharm D. (ACPE preferred), with residency or 5+ years clinical pharmacy experience, active IL pharmacist license, and ACLS/CPR certifications. Responsibilities include coordinating daily clinical services and staff development.

Qualifications

Pharm D. from an ACPE accredited school preferred.
Clinical residency with at least 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred (or 5+ years of clinical practice).
Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist License.
CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) within six weeks of hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Coordinate clinical pharmacy services to ensure daily optimal care.
Assist in developing new pharmacy services and workflows.
Facilitate staff education and competency.
Supervise pharmacy support personnel to maintain clinical programs.
Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to promote safe, cost‑effective therapies.
