Some minimum qualifications:

• PharmD
• PGY-1 with BPS (Board of Pharmacy Specialties) Board Certification OR PGY-2 OR PGY-1 with 3 years of clinical experience with BPS Board Certification
• BLS and ACLS
• Current, full and active pharmacy license
• Minimum of 1 year experience within the past 2 years post-graduation/training
