Qualifications
- PharmD degree required.
- PGY-1 with BPS Board Certification OR PGY-2 OR PGY-1 with 3 years of clinical experience with BPS Board Certification.
- Current, full and active pharmacy license.
- Minimum of 1 year experience within the past 2 years post-graduation/training.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
