Job summary

The role requires a BS in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred), Kentucky licensure, and ACLS within 6 months. Experience in hospital operations, formulary management, and supervision of staff is favored.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with BS in Pharmacy or PharmD; KY license in good standing.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire; hospital experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drug information, medication safety, and formulary management.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and review medication orders for accuracy, dosing, and interactions.
• Provide drug information and clinical guidance to healthcare teams.
• Assist with medication management, safety monitoring, and consults per protocol.
• Supervise technicians and participate in daily pharmacy operations and inventory.
