Qualifications

• IV therapy experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness and makes recommendations.
• Reviews residents' drug regimens and reports irregularities with findings.
• Documents communications with physicians, nurses, and patients/families.
