Kindred Hospital Chicago - Northlake, a 94-bed long-term acute care facility, seeks a Pharmacist to collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy and dispensing medications per physician orders. You will support quality, regulatory compliance, and education programs across the hospital, serving adult to geriatric patients 18–65+.

Responsibilities include ensuring drug information, supervising staff, and maintaining safety and efficiency of the pharmacy operations, with emphasis on patient-centered

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with Pharmacist degree.
• Current state license in good standing.
• BCLS certification.

Mansioni

• Compounds and dispenses medications per physician orders.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and supports staff.
• Contributes to quality, regulatory and risk initiatives.
