Job summary

Equity Staffing Group is staffing MTM Pharmacists for Telecommute/Remote Work. The position requires an active Pharmacist license in the state you reside in.

This temporary assignment with a Fortune 100 organization serves more than 85 million people and operates under MTM and RDUR protocols to deliver clinical recommendations and ensure safe, effective medication use.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in home state.
• Strong knowledge of the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services.
• Experience navigating MTM platforms and multiple databases.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Engage members by phone and schedule pharmacist consultations.
• Follow HIPAA and privacy policy at all times.
• Deliver clinical recommendations under MTM and RDUR protocols.
• Review medication regimens for dosing, effectiveness, and adverse reactions.
• Educate patients on medications and disease states.
• Document care notes clearly and concisely.
• Meet productivity goals and support special projects.

Equity Staffing Group is currently staffing MTM Pharmacists for Telecommute/Remote Work (Must have active Pharmacist License in State you reside in).

This is temporary work with a Fortune 100 organization. Our client serves more than 85 million people and has a reputation for bold ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Engage members by phone and schedule pharmacist consultations
• Follow HIPAA and privacy policy at all times
• Deliver clinical recommendations (gaps in care, high-risk meds, adherence, drug interactions, substitutions) under MTM and RDUR protocols
• Review medication regimens for issues with dosing, effectiveness, and adverse reactions
• Educate patients on medications and disease states
• Document care notes clearly and concisely
• Meet productivity goals and support special projects

Required Qualifications:

• Current, Must have an unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state you reside in
• Strong knowledge of the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services
• Comfortable navigating MTM platforms and multiple databases
• Intermediate Word, Outlook, and Excel skills

Shift:

• Flexible availability 9:00am–8:00pm CST, Monday–Friday, including occasional weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• PharmD
• Diabetes care/education certification (CDCES, BC-ADM, ASHP, or APhA)
• Bilingual in medical terminology (Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or Vietnamese)
• Additional pharmacist license in AL, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, ND, OK, OR, TN, VT, or WV
• 2+ years retail/community or PBM pharmacy experience
