Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Indiana is seeking a PRN Clinical Pharmacist to deliver high‑impact clinical and operational pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient infusion settings. You will support safe, evidence‑based medication therapy and strengthen our clinical teams.

As a PRN pharmacist, your expertise will guide drug information, dosing, and stewardship initiatives while collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy required.
• Indiana Pharmacist License or Pharmacy Intern License required.
• 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience or residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders for safety and accuracy.
• Dispense and distribute medications.
• Monitor patient meds via Pharmacy Dosing Service.
• Interpret lab results and patient charts.
• Share drug information with hospital teams.
• Oversee sterile compounding and IV prep.
• Support stewardship and formulary initiatives.
• Document clinical interventions.
