Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a PRN Clinical Pharmacist to deliver high‑impact clinical and operational pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient infusion settings. The role emphasizes safe, evidence‑based medication therapy to enhance patient outcomes and strengthen clinical teams.

The position requires PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy with residency preferred, Indiana license or intern license, and 2+ years hospital experience. Rotating shifts and benefits are included.

• Indiana Pharmacist License or Pharmacy Intern License
• 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience or residency

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders for safety and accuracy
• Dispense and distribute medications
• Monitor patient meds via Pharmacy Dosing Service
• Interpret lab results and patient charts
• Share drug info with hospital teams
• Oversee sterile compounding and IV prep
• Support stewardship and formulary initiatives
• Document clinical interventions
