Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a PRN Clinical Pharmacist to deliver high-impact clinical and operational pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient infusion settings. You’ll support safe, evidence-based medication therapy that enhances patient outcomes and strengthens our clinical teams.

As a part-time role, you will contribute to non-mandatory overtime policies while collaborating with pharmacists and clinicians to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required.
• Indiana Pharmacist License or Pharmacy Intern License required.
• 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience or residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders for safety and accuracy.
• Dispense and distribute medications.
• Monitor patient meds via Pharmacy Dosing Service.
• Interpret lab results and patient charts; share drug information with hospital teams.
• Oversee sterile compounding and IV preparation.
• Support stewardship and formulary initiatives.
• Document clinical interventions.
