Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka/Plymouth, IN is seeking a PRN Clinical Pharmacist to deliver high-impact clinical and operational pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient infusion settings. You’ll support safe, evidence-based medication therapy and collaborate with hospital teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy (Residency preferred), Indiana Pharmacist License or Pharmacy Intern License, and 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience or

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders for safety and accuracy.
• Dispense and distribute medications.
• Monitor patient meds via Pharmacy Dosing Service.
• Interpret lab results and patient charts.
• Share drug info with hospital teams.
• Oversee sterile compounding and IV prep.
• Support stewardship and formulary initiatives.
• Document clinical interventions.
