Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a PRN Clinical Pharmacist to deliver high‑impact clinical and operational pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient infusion settings. You’ll support safe, evidence‑based medication therapy and strengthen our clinical teams.

The role requires PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, Indiana licensure, and 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience or residency. This is a rotating, part‑time position with dedicated benefits.

Qualifications

• PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy (Residency preferred).
• Indiana Pharmacist License or Pharmacy Intern License.
• 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience or residency.

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders for safety and accuracy.
• Dispense and distribute medications.
• Monitor patient meds via Pharmacy Dosing Service.
• Interpret lab results and patient charts.
• Share drug info with hospital teams.
• Oversee sterile compounding and IV prep.
• Support stewardship and formulary initiatives.
• Document clinical interventions.
