Position Summary

The Staff Pharmacist plays a critical role in ensuring safe, accurate, and compliant pharmacy operations. This position includes prescription verification, patient counseling, and active participation in non-sterile compounding, including final verification of compounded preparations.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and Board of Pharmacy regulations
• Maintain accurate compounding records and documentation
• Support efficient workflow while upholding strong clinical standards
• Assist in managing reimbursement and supporting prescription profitability
• Maintain inventory levels, including compounding ingredients and supplies
• Support training and development of pharmacy technicians
