Job summary

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement performance improvement strategies, conduct safety audits, and analyze clinical data to drive excellence in outcomes. A nursing background with experience in physician practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN degree/diploma from an accredited program.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a physician practice.
• Proficient with EHR, CPOE entry, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement performance improvement strategies.
• Conducting safety audits and analyzing clinical data to drive excellence in patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN preferred.
• LPN, CMA from an AAMA accredited program or emergency medical technician‑Paramedic may be considered.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a physician practice.
• Proficient in EHR, CPOE entry, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
