Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida seeks a Clinical Safety Analyst to lead mortality learning system reviews and quality initiatives. You will educate MLS reviewers, refine guidelines, and collaborate with data teams to drive safety improvements.

Role requires 3+ years in clinical audits or safety analytics, strong I.S. skills, and effective communication with executive stakeholders. Full-time, on-site, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Expertise in electronic health record reviews and/or clinical audits.
• Proficient with EHRs and how they interface with clinician workflow.
• Strong background in patient safety, adverse event identification and analysis.
• Knowledge of statistics, data collection and presentation.
• Experience with quality improvement strategies and root cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across staff levels.
• Ability to present to executives and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and leads education and training for MLS reviewers.
• Develops and revises MLS record review guidelines and tools.
• Oversees MLS applications and collaborates with data and safety teams.
• Creates meaningful data dashboards and maintains their accuracy.
• Leads clinical analysis on MLS opportunities for improvement.
• Co-leads and coordinates EHR audits and related initiatives.
