Qualifications

• 5–10 years in patient safety, risk management or quality management considered in lieu of Master’s degree.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred; certification helpful for progression.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Patient Safety Program.
• Promote patient safety culture and high reliability across the organization.
• Educate staff to improve safety culture and compliance with standards.
• Ensure organization meets AHCA, Leapfrog and Joint Commission standards.
