Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field and an active RN license.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience with knowledge of patient safety regulations.
• Current RN license in the State; multistate licensure is acceptable as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of patient safety programs.
• Develop systems to detect, monitor, prevent, and analyze patient safety events.
• Collaborate with Quality, Infection Prevention and Control, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Prepare summaries for tracking, trending and leadership analyses; participate in committees.
