Job summary

Vanderbilt University School of Nursing (VUSN) seeks a proactive Clinical Partnerships professional to develop and manage external relationships with healthcare organizations, clinical leaders, clinicians, preceptors, alumni, and other external partners in the Nashville region and across the United States.

You will oversee CRM systems, coordinate engagement and retention strategies, and work with Clinical Affairs staff to align partnerships with program needs while managing budgets and payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business/healthcare administration.
• Experience in relationship development and partnership management.
• Strong communication and CRM tooling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations, clinical leaders, clinicians, preceptors, alumni, and other external partners.
• Maintain CRM records, track communications, opportunities and follow-up activities.
• Identify partnership opportunities and coordinate with university staff to expand capacity.
• Oversee engagement, retention, and outreach strategies for clinical partners and preceptors.
• Assist with budget, payments, and financial documentation related to partnerships.
