• Collaborate with surgeons to design and execute high-impact clinical research.
• Provide methodological leadership for observational studies, registries and real-world evidence.
• Train surgical residents, oncology fellows, and faculty in study design and analysis.
• Build reproducible analytics workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Compile, write and submit results to PI or Director of Surgical Research.
• Confer with external groups regarding progress or results of research.
• Publish findings in peer-reviewed papers as first or corresponding author.
• Develop competitive external grant applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
