Cooper Norcross Health seeks an experienced QI Outcomes Manager to lead outcome-based reporting for high‑risk populations at the Camden, NJ campus. This RN role requires strong data, clinical pathways, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Core Measures experience, BSN/MSN preferred, and NJ RN licensure. Responsibilities include developing reports, driving performance improvement, and educating teams across departments.

Qualifications

• 5 years recent clinical experience relating to Core Measures or assigned patient population(s).
• Experience with performance improvement concepts and/or CORE Measure indicators preferred.
• RN licensure in New Jersey; 100% remote RNs must be licensed where their primary residence is.
• BSN and/or MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality reports for hospital clinical departments and for regulatory bodies in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Produce data reports related to patient populations and care processes.
• Develop and present education programs and workshops.
• Oversee non-clinical data abstractors and mentor their education.
• Apply quality control procedures and ensure accreditation standards.
