Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or MBA/Management required.
• BLS certification required at hire; instructor path noted.
• RN license (single state) or RN-COMPACT.
• 3+ years nursing experience; 5+ years in outcomes/quality focus role preferred.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal and communication skills; leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads continuous quality improvement for nursing; analyzes quality data and reports findings to drive performance.
• Evaluates patient care data to ensure adherence to guidelines and improves patient outcomes.
• Drives staff professional growth through mentorship and training in quality improvement tools.
• Translates research into practice and fosters a culture of clinical inquiry and innovation.
• Directs collaboration across nursing leadership to implement evidence-based care and advance patient outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned and ensures compliance with Wellstar policies.
