Wellstar Health System is seeking a Clinical Outcomes Manager (COM) to lead advanced nursing practice and drive unit- and system-level quality improvements. Responsabilités

• Leads continuous quality improvement for registered nurses, identifying improvement areas, planning and implementing changes, and evaluating outcomes.
• Evaluates patient care data to ensure that care follows clinical guidelines and standards; coordinates care to improve outcomes and staff engagement.
• Drives staff development through mentorship, coaching, and education on quality improvement principles.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of accreditation requirements and regulatory standards; supports staff training and competency.
• Translates research findings into clinical practice; fosters a culture of inquiry and adoption of evidence-based practices.
• Directs and coordinates quality patient care, promoting patient-centered and evidence-based approaches.
