Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Nursing or MBA/Management required.
• BLS certification or RN license as applicable in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Leads continuous quality improvement for registered nurses, identifying improvement areas, planning and implementing changes, and evaluating outcomes.
• Applies expert knowledge to patient care and coordinates care to improve outcomes and safety.
• Drives staff development through mentorship and coaching in quality improvement principles.
• Stays current with accreditation, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Leads or participates in research initiatives and disseminates findings.
• Directs and coordinates quality patient care and collaborates with leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with Wellstar Health System policies.
