Job summary

Foot Levelers Ltd in Roanoke, VA seeks a Clinical Consultant to partner with clinicians, review orthotics orders, and ensure clinical efficacy. You will collaborate with Clinical, Customer Service, Sales and Production teams to deliver top-notch custom orthotics and exceptional service.

The role involves CAD/CAM design, order review across multiple channels, and ongoing product/industry research to support clinical services projects.

Qualifications

High School diploma required; higher degree preferred.
Certified Pedorthist preferred; minimum 1 year related clinical experience.
Strong background in biomechanics and anatomy.

Responsibilities

Clinical consultation: Assist clinicians with making the best product selections.
Ensure clinical efficacy through education and partnerships with practitioners.
Review incoming orders and gait analysis reports; manage various order channels.
Design orthotics using CAD/CAM software.
Coordinate with Production to ensure proper manufacturing of orthotics.
Monitor orders on hold and perform outreach to clarify details.
Edit and revise prescription forms to improve ordering and reviewing processes.
Research products, orthotics types, labs, and materials.
Provide input for Marketing and new product development.
Suggest IT improvements to software efficiency.
Promote new products and services to customers.
