Job summary

Foot Levelers Inc in Roanoke, VA is seeking Medical Device Assemblers to join our lab production team. You will assemble orthotics, follow prescriptions, and ensure quality in a climate-controlled, lean manufacturing environment. The role requires standing, manual dexterity, ability to read instructions, safety awareness, and teamwork.

Regular hours Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with schedule flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Reading and interpreting work orders, specifications, and instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand tools and grinding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orthotics and components following prescriptions and specifications.
• Verify size, quantity and accuracy of components before processing.
• Maintain 6S workplace organization and safety standards.
• Operate light manufacturing equipment and tools within the production line.
• Support lean, one-piece flow manufacturing and quality control.
