The University of Miami is seeking a Clinical Business Operations Specialist to join the team in Boca Raton. This role leadsClinical Business Operations Representatives, resolving complex pre- and post-care issues and ensuring patient data is accurate and up-to-date.

Core duties include appointment scheduling for transplant-related procedures, effective use of Cerner and OTTR, and collaboration with transplant service lines to optimize patient flow and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates patient appointments for colonoscopies, EGD procedures, and surgeries for pre- and post-transplant patients.
• Works in Cerner and OTTR in collaboration with all transplant service lines and responds to actions to facilitate the pre-transplant process.
• Collaborates with Jackson clinical operation leaders in scheduling for pre- and post-transplant patients.
• Participates in organ-specific quality and operational meetings as necessary.
• Provides coverage for other CBORs in TID, Psych, Nephrology, Hepatology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, or Critical Care.
