Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an analytics professional to support, enhance, and implement software applications across clinical operations. You will lead reporting, analytics, and quality initiatives, aligning with UM/CM and health plan operations.

Responsibilities include translating clinical requirements into analytics solutions, developing dashboards, and collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT teams to drive performance. Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years healthcare experience required.
• Experience in project management and analytics required.
• Experience supporting Utilization Management, Case Management, DSNP, or other clinical/health plan operations preferred.
• Experience working with reporting tools and dashboards; SQL exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical and operational requirements into analytics and reporting solutions.
• Strong experience partnering with stakeholders across clinical operations, business, and IT teams.
• Experience with healthcare reporting, clinical applications, data analysis, or quality initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, enhancement, and implementation of software applications used within the organization.
• Bridge between clinical operations and IT, translating requirements into analytics and technology solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports; provide advanced analytical insights.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders for reporting improvements and cross-functional alignment.
