Sentara Health in Norfolk is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant for a fully remote role. You will support executive leadership and VPs across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy, guiding cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives aligned to Sentara's top-line goals.

The role involves developing analytics models, dashboards, and strategic reporting, and guiding stakeholders in data governance and analytics direction within a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 5 years of business acumen (Required)
• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred)
• 2 years of project management experience (Preferred)
• 5 years of analytics experience (Preferred)
• 5 years of healthcare industry experience (Preferred)
• Guiding stakeholders and presenting recommendations to leaders across enterprise analytics, strategy, finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive leadership and Vice Presidents within the enterprise analytics community.
• Leads cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives aligned with Sentara's top-line goals.
• Develops and administers enterprise-level data governance functions.
