Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations for providers and payers. Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions to improve throughput and capacity. Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models.

Travel up to 80% may be required. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in management consulting for healthcare clients and 5+ years in care delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree

• Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization.
