• Support treatment planning, insurance requirements, authorizations, and patient financial responsibility.
• Provide financial counseling to patients regarding costs and payment options.
• Assist with charge capture, claims issues, and revenue-cycle processes.
• Review documentation for completeness and billing readiness.
