Job summary

The Josselyn Center NFP in Grayslake, IL is seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to supervise clinical staff, oversee administrative operations, and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards. Qualifications

• Supervisory and coaching experience for clinical staff.
• Experience with administrative and operational responsibilities.
• Ability to monitor compliance with productivity, documentation, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with data tracking and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision, coaching and support to clinical staff regarding administrative and operational responsibilities, ensuring staff adhere to organizational expectations and procedures.
• Monitor and coach staff compliance with administrative requirements, including productivity standards, documentation timeliness, caseload management, scheduling expectations, and other organizational responsibilities. This includes reviewing and auditing documentation, caseloads, calendars, and related operational activities to ensure adherence to organizational expectations.
• Collaborate with Director of Clinical Quality Improvement to address quality concerns, including creating, and implementing corrective action plans and performance improvement strategies.
• Partner with Clinical Supervisors in the completion of annual performance evaluations for clinical staff
• Analyze, monitor and provide oversight of clinical operations data and reports generated by the Data Analyst
• Develop, maintain and update organizational policies, procedures and compliance-related documentation to align with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Model and uphold Josselyn’s values, ethical standards, and policies ensuring adherence to confidentiality, client rights, safety, incident report and other organizational responsibilities.
