Job summary
TurningPoint is seeking a Clinical Operations Representative to assist in daily activities servicing doctors' offices and patients. You will handle requests received by phone, fax, and e-mail and validate information for medical cases, while supporting Utilization Review Nurses.
The position requires strong attention to detail, advanced grammar, and punctuation skills. This is a full-time role with variable shifts and opportunities to grow within a healthcare-focused team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or healthcare operations.
- Associates Degree in a business or health related field preferred.
- Demonstrates dependability by following instructions, policies, and procedures; meets deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding medical cases.
- Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for tracking and analysis.
- Maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with internal teams to handle requests.
- Meets or exceeds quality and productivity expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reviews and updates service requests and call center data for completeness.
