Job summary

Capital Health Plan in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Clinical Services Support Coordinator to join our Physician Group. This full-time role supports patient transfers and discharges, coordinates provider schedules, and helps ensure timely, accurate patient care.

You will maintain the electronic health record, develop on-call calendars, prepare reports, and track metrics to improve workflows and patient experiences in a fast-paced healthcare setting. On-site schedule is 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college OR 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business procedures and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient transfers and discharges within the Physician Group.
• Maintain and update provider schedules; reflect changes in the EHR.
• Develop and manage provider on-call schedules and utilization calendars.
• Coordinate workflows to support clinical operations and projects.
