Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration or public health.
• Minimum of 3 years in progressively responsible roles in managed care and/or insurance environment.
• Preferred certification: PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or CPHQ.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level VP vision into a concrete multi-quarter execution roadmap.
• Design and oversee departmental resource allocation, staffing models and operational frameworks.
• Translate VP vision into a concrete multi-quarter execution roadmap and drive scalable growth.
• Design and oversee staffing models and resource allocation for growth and efficiency.
• Architect mechanisms to identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and risks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor processes to drive operational excellence and lead cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external clinical leadership and vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and strategic alignment.
• Drive cross-functional integration of UM, CM, and Population Health under standardization and data-driven collaboration.
