• Collect and review patient demographics, insurance and referral numbers.
• Review clinical records for completeness, including authorization and signatures.
• Answer multiple phones, triage calls and document messages.
• Greet visitors and callers and direct to the right person.
• Collaborate with staff to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Provide coverage for coworkers as needed.
• Promote effective communication with physicians and managers on a regular basis.
• Maintain patient information confidentiality and protect university assets.
• Adhere to university policies and procedures.
