Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and disseminate LEM information to staff and providers.
  • Complete annual evaluations in a timely fashion.
  • Oversee clinical nursing care, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality assurance, confidentiality, and electronic medical record documentation.
  • Provide direct supervision to clinical staff and serve as a key problem‑solving resource for patient issues.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Management on nursing department mission, goals, policies, procedures, and work standards.
  • Coordinate performance and productivity reviews, advising on corrective actions and development opportunities.
  • Order medications, including vaccines, and stay informed of changes in vaccine delivery and billing.
  • Review patient outcome data, quality assurance results, budget/goal achievement, and performance productivity with the operations director and business manager.
  • Participate in clinic and emergency/disaster response planning.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to align clinical and business interests.
  • Attend management meetings as scheduled.
  • Other duties as assigned.
