Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in a physician practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational support for the site.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage in nursing, lab, and radiology.
• Supervise nursing, lab, and radiology, and train staff.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor selections.
• Review charge posting and coding for accuracy.
• Ensure accurate patient data capture for billing and deposits.
