Adventist Health Portland is seeking an RN Manager, Program Manager to lead the daily operations of a medical practice. You will plan programs, allocate duties, review records for compliance, and monitor activities to ensure objectives are met. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master's preferred), five years of technical experience, and at least one year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs the operations of the assigned clinic(s) to meet regulatory requirements and policies.
• Defines job responsibilities and performance expectations; recruits, trains and supervises staff.
• Works with the Director of Operations to ensure revenue management policies and billing processes are effective.
• Monitors performance using scorecards and regional metrics to achieve objectives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
