Job summary

The position requires a BSN, current RN license, and BLS certification with strong leadership skills to supervise staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote continuous quality improvement in a teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state or multi-state license via eNLC.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire date.
• State and Federal background check as required for regulated areas.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care in accordance with policy, procedures, philosophy and mission.
• Develops and supports strategies for delivering quality patient care within a teaching environment.
• Ensures staff provide quality, effective care in line with policies and service standards.
• Collaborates with staff to identify opportunities to improve patient care and coordinates activities across clinical services.
