Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Current unencumbered RN licensure in WV or state of service.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum four years of nursing experience with at least two years in management.

Responsibilities

• Advises the Director on hiring and recruitment of staff.
• Maintains appropriate personnel records.
• Develops and implements ongoing educational programs for staff.
• Provides feedback and performance evaluations to employees.
• Monitors budgets and expenses for cost effectiveness.
• Communicates with physicians and staff to resolve issues.
