Job summary

Harbor Brand is seeking a Clinical Manager in Perrysburg, OH to lead clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure high‑quality, trauma‑informed services. The role requires a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health, supervisory experience, and Ohio licensure within specified timeframes.

The manager will oversee treatment oversight, staff development, budgeting, and coordination across interdisciplinary teams, while ensuring regulatory and accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s or Doctoral degree in mental health and management/clinical supervision experience.
• Must obtain Ohio independent license (e.g., LISW, LPCC) within 90 days and licensure with supervisory endorsement within 15 months.
• Demonstrates competence in clinical service areas, insurance handling, and health care business management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for clinical staff and treatment services.
• Coordinate coverage with Clinical Managers and Physician‑Led teams.
• Train, manage, evaluate, and supervise operations for assigned staff.
• Oversee budgeting, documentation, and compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Maintain client records in real‑time and ensure quality care.
