Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Treatment Center Manager in Columbus, OH. This role oversees daily operations, staff leadership, patient care, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality, client-centered services.

Responsibilities include coordinating admissions, programming, community relations, and financial oversight, with travel between sites as needed. Lifetime leadership opportunities and a strong commitment to trauma-informed care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of healthcare or supervisory experience, with SUD treatment/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance.
• Must pass BCI check, Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including counselors, case management, peer support staff, medical providers, and admin personnel.
• Oversee daily operations: admissions, scheduling, staff supervision, and facility management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and oversee court docket processes as needed.
• Manage center budgets, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards.
• Ensure timely client service planning and documentation; monitor client satisfaction and engagement.
• Prepare for audits and ensure accurate reporting in the EHR system.
